Vermouth belongs to the category of aromatised wines, and is produced by blending macerated herbs, like those of wormwood, together with superior white wine.

The’ Vermouth Moscato di Momiano’ SanMauro is made by blending PDO quality wine Momjan Muscat with macerated wormwood (Arthemisia) together with several Mediterranean and typically Istrian herbs. The characteristic notes of the Momjan Muscat, intertwined with hints of macerated herbs and local flowers, are among the main peculiarities of our Vermouth.
